We value your privacy. This Policy explains the personal information LCJY may process when providing mobile applications and related services, how it is handled and the rights available to you.
1. Scope and Controller
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) applies to mobile applications, websites, software and related services provided by Wuhan Lechuang Jiayuan Technology Co., Ltd. (“LCJY,” “we,” “us” or “our”) through Google Play or other lawful channels (collectively, the “Services”).
Under applicable law, LCJY is generally the controller responsible for personal information processed in connection with the Services. You may contact us using the details at the end of this Policy.
This Policy does not apply to websites, apps or services independently provided by third parties. Their own privacy policies govern their data practices. If a specific app, feature or activity requires separate privacy notice, we will provide it at the relevant point.
2. Information We May Process
We follow principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity and good faith. We process information only as needed for the features actually enabled and as permitted by applicable law. The following categories may be processed only where the corresponding feature exists:
- Account and contact information: such as nickname, name, email address, phone number, login identifier, avatar and other account details you provide.
- User Content: text, images, audio, video, files, feedback and other content you create, upload, submit or store in the app.
- App activity: feature usage, actions, preferences, search or browsing records and interaction data used for troubleshooting.
- Device and network information: device model, operating system and version, app version, language and region, network type, IP address, approximate location inferred from network or IP, and necessary device or app identifiers.
- Diagnostics and performance data: error logs, crash records, performance metrics, availability and security-event information.
- Purchase and subscription information: product or subscription status, order identifier, transaction time and verification result. Full payment-card details are generally handled by the app store or payment provider and are not accessible to us.
- Permission-related data: selected photos, camera images, microphone audio, contacts or location when you authorize and activate the relevant feature.
- Support and communication information: questions, complaints, feedback, emails and related handling records you send to us.
Installing an app does not mean that every category above is automatically collected. If an app includes account, advertising, analytics, personalization, health, financial or other sensitive features, we will provide required notice and obtain consent or use another lawful basis before enabling them.
3. Sources of Information
We may obtain information through the following sources:
- Information you provide: data supplied when you register, complete a profile, use a feature, submit content, make a purchase or contact support.
- Automatic collection: technical, usage and diagnostic information generated or recorded as necessary when you use the Services.
- Third parties: app stores, payment services, cloud services, identity-verification services, third-party accounts you authorize, or other parties lawfully providing information such as purchase verification status or a login identifier.
4. Purposes and Legal Bases
We may use information for the following purposes:
- create and manage accounts and provide, maintain or restore features you request;
- process purchases, subscriptions, verification, invoices, refunds or related requests;
- store and display content and preferences you submit;
- respond to support, complaints, data-rights requests and feedback;
- monitor operations, diagnose crashes, fix errors and improve stability and performance;
- prevent fraud, abuse, cyberattacks and other security risks and protect users, us and the public;
- comply with legal, regulatory, judicial or administrative requirements and meet security, audit and dispute-resolution obligations;
- use information for other purposes clearly disclosed to you, with separate consent or another lawful basis where required.
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we generally rely on performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, protection of vital or public interests, and our legitimate interests. Where consent is required, we will obtain it lawfully. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share or disclose necessary information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: vendors supporting hosting, storage, networking, security, payment verification, support, analytics or technology. Contracts and other measures require appropriate protection and limit their use of information.
- App stores and payment services: necessary transaction information may be exchanged with app stores and payment providers for purchases, subscriptions, refund verification or fraud prevention.
- Within our organization: with relevant teams or personnel to the extent reasonably necessary and consistent with this Policy.
- Legal and security requirements: to comply with law, court orders or administrative requests, or to protect rights, property, safety, investigate unlawful activity or respond to emergencies.
- Business transactions: in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, financing, asset transfer or similar transaction, with continued protection no less protective than this Policy.
- With your consent: when you validly consent or expressly instruct us to share.
6. Third-Party SDKs and Services
The Services may use app store, payment, cloud, push, analytics, crash-diagnostic or security SDKs. We describe the basic details of services actually enabled and will update this information when our data practices materially change.
| Service/SDK | Provider | Purpose and necessary data | Privacy information |
| Google Play services | Google LLC | Data needed for app distribution, updates, integrity and platform services. | Google Privacy Policy |
| Google Play Billing (if enabled) | Google LLC | Processing in-app purchases, subscriptions and transaction verification. | Google Privacy Policy |
If we enable a new third-party service or materially change our data practices, we will update this Policy before the relevant feature is released and obtain consent where required by law.
Third-party services are independently operated, and their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We recommend reviewing their terms and privacy policies before using third-party features.
7. Device Permissions
The app may request the following permissions based on actual features. Requests will appear in a system prompt or in-app explanation, and you may deny them or turn them off later in system settings:
- Network: connect to servers, synchronize data, check for updates or complete necessary functions.
- Notifications: send service reminders or messages related to features you use.
- Camera, photos and files: access content you select when taking, uploading or saving it.
- Microphone: access audio when you actively use recording, voice input or calling features.
- Location: process approximate or precise location when a location feature is provided and authorized; background location is used only when necessary and consistent with store policy.
- Contacts or other device functions: access only when you actively use the corresponding feature and grant permission.
Denying a non-essential permission generally will not affect other features, but denying an essential permission may prevent the related feature from working. We do not deny access to basic services merely because you decline a non-essential permission.
8. Cookies and Local Storage
When you visit our website, we or our providers may use cookies, pixels, SDKs and local storage (such as localStorage) to remember language preferences, maintain security, analyze performance or improve experience. Mobile apps may use local databases, caches or device storage to retain login state and settings.
You can manage or delete cookies through your browser, although some features may not work properly. We do not use cookies or similar technologies to circumvent your privacy choices in the app or browser.
9. Retention
We retain personal information only for the shortest period necessary for the processing purpose or for periods required by applicable law. Retention periods depend on the type of information, service relationship, account status, security needs, limitation periods and legal obligations.
After the retention period or purpose ends, we delete, anonymize or securely isolate the information. Due to backups, logs and security mechanisms, information may not be removed immediately from every backup, but it will be handled according to reasonable backup rotation and deletion processes. We may retain necessary records for tax, accounting, anti-fraud, security or dispute-resolution obligations.
10. Account and Data Deletion
If the app offers accounts, you should be able to find an option to delete your account or related data within the app. The exact path depends on the actual interface. You may also submit a deletion request to lechuangjiayuan@gmail.com, identifying the relevant account, app and request.
To protect account security, we may verify your identity and authority before processing. After account deletion, personal information and User Content associated with the account will be deleted or anonymized under this Policy and applicable law. We may retain limited information for legal periods where necessary for tax, anti-fraud, security or dispute-resolution purposes, including transaction records, necessary security logs, lawfully archived backups and data subject to a rights dispute.
Deletion is irreversible and may prevent access to data, purchase records, subscription status or in-app content. Deleting the app or stopping use does not necessarily delete your account. To delete data, use the in-app deletion feature or contact us by email.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and risk of the information. Where applicable, these include encryption in transit, access controls, least privilege, authentication, log auditing, secure development and incident response to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss or misuse.
No internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. Although we work to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your credentials and devices, and contact us promptly about suspected security incidents.
If a personal data breach, alteration or loss occurs, we will take remedial steps and, where required by law, notify you and relevant authorities about the incident, likely impact and measures taken.
12. International Transfers
We may use cloud, app store, payment, support, analytics or technical providers located in different countries or regions. Personal information may therefore be transferred to and processed outside your country or region.
Where required, we use contracts, compliance assessments, consent or other lawful safeguards and require recipients to provide protection required by applicable law. Data-protection laws in other countries may differ from those in your location.
13. Children’s Privacy
Unless an app listing clearly states that it is for children, the Services are not directed to children under 13 or below the digital-consent age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information without required parental consent.
If an app is directed to children or families, we will provide specific disclosures in the app and this Policy consistent with Google Play Families policy and applicable children’s privacy laws, and will limit advertising, data collection and third-party SDKs.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has provided personal information without consent may contact us at the email below. After verification, we will delete the information as required by law.
14. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- know about or access the personal information we process and our processing practices;
- correct, supplement or update inaccurate or incomplete information;
- delete personal information or close an account;
- restrict or object to certain processing and withdraw consent;
- obtain a copy of personal information or request portability where provided by law;
- request an explanation of processing rules or complain to a regulator;
- exercise privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.
If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have rights under the GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know, delete, correct and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information, as applicable. We do not sell personal information.
We may request information necessary to verify your identity and request. Law may allow or require us to deny, limit or delay certain requests, in which case we will explain the reason.
15. Sale and Targeted Advertising
We do not sell personal information. If a future service involves cross-context behavioral advertising, the “sale” of personal information or “sharing” as defined by applicable law, we will provide required notice and choice mechanisms before enabling it and update this Policy and relevant Google Play disclosures.
If an app displays advertising or uses advertising SDKs, the ad type, personalization settings, data categories, providers and opt-out method must be clearly disclosed before release. Child-directed versions must not use behaviorally targeted advertising.
16. Google Play Data Safety
Our Google Play Data safety declaration is intended to be consistent with this Policy and the app’s actual data practices. Data collected or shared, purposes, whether it is encrypted in transit, whether users can request deletion and third-party SDK practices must be accurately declared based on actual functionality.
If the Google Play Data safety form, in-app disclosures and this Policy conflict, we will correct the inconsistency before release and prioritize disclosure that matches applicable law and actual data practices. When updates introduce new features, permissions or SDKs, we will reassess and update this Policy and the Data safety form.
17. Policy Updates
We may revise this Policy due to legal changes, feature adjustments, changes in data practices, third-party service updates or Google Play policy changes. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with updated and effective dates.
If changes materially affect your rights or the way we process personal information, we will provide prominent notice through in-app messages, website notices or other reasonable methods as required by law, and will obtain new consent where required.
